Insurance and Fees

My fees are as follows:

Individual Psychotherapy and Coaching: $175 - $250 per session depending on length of session
Relationship Work: $250 per 60 minute session
Group Therapy: $75 per 90 minute group meeting
Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy: Programs and Options Vary - please contact me directly to discuss.

My goal is to make psychotherapy and wellness services as accessible and affordable as possible. Cost should not prevent anyone from seeking the care and support they need.

Insurance for Psychotherapy

I am an in-network provider with the Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare and Optum insurance networks. I partner with a third-party service, Alma, for in-network benefit payments and claims processing. If you are interested in working with me and using your in-network insurance benefits, please use the online Cost Estimator to see what your cost may be with insurance. Remember to always check directly with your insurance company too. You can learn more about Alma here.

We can also work together using out-of-network benefits if I am not in your network or you prefer to not use your benefits. I provide a monthly statement that you can use to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement if you plan to use your insurance benefits for our psychotherapy sessions.
