Psychotherapy, also known as Talk Therapy, is a therapeutic process whereby we will explore your concerns, set goals, and work together to achieve a higher level of functioning to allow you to truly thrive. I offer individual psychotherapy and psychotherapy for relationship systems including couples, triads, polyamorous relationships, etc.
We will work together to help you identify and develop healthier, more effective strategies and habits. Psychotherapy is an ongoing process, grounded in dialogue and our dynamic together, that provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.

Our work together will help you reconnect with your authentic self and by using this profound internal strength, you will learn and develop new skills and ways of thinking so that you can better cope with whatever challenges may arise.
