Personal Coaching

Coaching can help you achieve personal or professional goals through non-clinical approaches that focus on personal empowerment, motivation, and strategies to define and reach your goals and dreams. A major difference between psychotherapy and coaching is the focus of the work: psychotherapy is clinical in nature and focuses on mental health and emotional wellbeing, while coaching tends to focus on setting and achieving specific goals.

Coaching can help with getting “unstuck”, realizing your full potential, and working towards specific personal / professional goals.

Here are some examples of when coaching may be beneficial:

  • You want to set goals you will achieve with someone who will motivate and inspire you, while also holding you accountable.

  • You want to advance your career.

  • You want to challenge yourself and break out of your comfort zone.

  • You are struggling with career decisions or major life choices and would like guidance and support as you develop and execute a plan that will best serve you.

  • You want to connect to your inner motivation for a major life goal.

  • You want to hold yourself more accountable, whether in your personal or professional life.

Together we discover your passions and stratege an achievable path to achieving them while building the positive mindset that will empower you to achieve your dreams.

Typical coaching sessions may include:

  • Identifying your life vision

  • Reviewing your goals and regular progress

  • Exploring work and assignments from our previous session(s)

  • Setting goals for our next session(s)
