Join our virtual meditation group exclusively for the queer community

Twice a Month - 2nd and 4th Saturday at 9Am (EST)

We've never needed this more. 

​

This supportive space invites you to be with like-minded souls while exploring mindfulness and inner peace. Each session will guide you through calming practices to help you unwind, reflect, and embrace your authentic self.

​

We will open the space at 9am and begin an initial grounding exercise at 9:05am. We'll then transition into a longer guided meditation and hold a supportive, caring, loving space together.

We offer this for free for the queer community as a tool to help us build connection and community in a time when we desperately need it. If you have the resources and would like to make a donation to support these events, help us create more, and help enhance our ability to offer more services at no or low cost to the queer community, you will have the option to do so when you register for the event.
